As a result of our product inspection and the state of legislation as of this date, DEGSON verifies that the information below is accurate in accordance to the substance restrictions of the Restriction on Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) including the phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP) in accordance with 2015/863/EU and the European Chemicals Regulation REACH (1907/2006/EC). DEGSON relies on the statements and indications from our suppliers and service providers as the basis for information provided in this report.

DEGSON does not make use of any substances listed in Annex XVII of the REACH regulation in its products above the limit values that fall within the regulated scope of application. To guarantee high product safety for our customers and for the sake of legal compliance, we have checked the implementation of the REACH regulation according to the current candidate list. According to Article 33 of the EU REACH Regulation DEGSON is obligated to report candidate substances in our products that contain a concentration of more than 0.1 weight%.
